Kostaras Filippos – (Legal Affairs and Corporate Governance Service)

Attorney-at-law, member of the Athens Bar Association since 1992. He is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), a postgraduate of the University of Hamburg and a Doctorate of the NKUA. He has excellent knowledge of German and English. He specialises in the fields of corporate and commercial law and public works law. He has handled litigation of significant economic substance on behalf of multinational and domestic companies and individuals and has extensive experience and expertise in civil and commercial litigation. Co-founder of the Law Firm “Kostaras – Milioni & Partners”, which provides services in the above mentioned areas of law with individualized legal protection solutions and proactive legal coverage. He has excellent knowledge of the activities and issues of the company “Selected Textiles S.A. and its Group, as he has been a member of its Legal Department since 1994 and its Head since 2011. Legal Advisor to many companies in the private sector, including the Greek subsidiary of the world’s largest multinational supervision, analysis and certification company, as well as a member of the Legal Service of a public entity.

Saltas Ioannis – (Head of Financial Services)

He is a graduate of the University of Piraeus, Department of Economics.
He has thirty years of experience in the field of finance, knowledgeable in the full range of accounting, tax and banking issues.
He has been working in the company’s financial services since 1993 and since July 2020 he has taken up the position of Head of Financial Services.

Eugenia Kalaitzi – (Head of Internal Audit)

She holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Service Management for Executives from the Athens University of Economics and Business, the CICA (Certified Internal Control Auditor) certification, as well as certifications from the Bank of Greece. She is a regular member of the International Institute of Internal Auditors.
She has 19 years of experience in the Banking Industry. In 2010 she joined the Internal Audit Department of ATEbank Group, while in 2012 she joined the Internal Audit Division of Piraeus Bank Group.
As Head of Internal Audit from February 2022, she is responsible for providing objective and risk-based assurance, advice and information regarding the adequacy and effectiveness of the Internal Audit System, Risk Management and Corporate Governance processes.

Frantzopoulos Paraskevas – Management Systems Manager (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015) of Farsala factory.

Born in 1966.Textile Technologist, Graduate of TEI of Piraeus, holder of MBA (E.E.D.E.). He has been working in the company since 1992.
