Grounds – buildings

The Company’s properties consist of all the land and buildings of its four production units, which are located in Farsala, Livadia, Amfiklia and Megali Brisi in Lamia. It is worth noting that the production capacity of all the Company’s yarn cages is 12.650 tons per year.

Factory in Farsala

More specifically, the Farsala plant, which is the Company’s dominant production unit, is located on a privately owned land of 281.797 acres with a total covered area of 84,931 sq.m. and is developed in 6 separate units as follows:

Includes two machine shops, cotton ginning warehouses, cotton seed warehouses, ginned cotton bale warehouses, sheds, a ginning by-product processing complex and a ginning plant waste incineration complex. The facilities have been in operation since 1980, and the last expansion was completed in September 2000. All the buildings cover an area of 24 030 m2 . Its annual capacity is 23 000 tons of cotton and its installed capacity is 6 480 KW.

Operating since 1972 and modernized in 1999 and 2000, it has 18,768 spindles. Its annual capacity is 3 600 tons of yarn produced and its installed capacity is 3 784,22 KW.

It has been operating since 1986 and has 25,920 spindles. Its annual capacity is 3 300 tons of yarn and its installed power is 2 960,72 KW.

It has been operating since 1992 and has 23,712 spindles. Its annual capacity is 2 200 tons of yarn and its installed capacity is 3 141,22 KW.

Operating since April 1996, it has 24,192 spindles. Its annual capacity is 3 400 tons of yarn and its installed capacity is 4 582 KW.

It consists of 20 twisters. There is the possibility of producing double and multifilament yarns.

The factory has an integrated real-time quality and production data monitoring system (USTER EXPERT, LOEPFE MILL MASTER), as well as specially equipped quality control laboratories for the monitoring and optimization of products in all phases of the production process. These laboratories are also used as places for the development and certification of new products and production methods.
It should be noted that the Company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

Factory in Livadia

As for the factory in Livadia, it is located on a privately owned land of 15 acres with a building complex of 7,235 acres and its production facilities include:

It has been operating since 1967. Its annual capacity is 1,694 tons of yarn and its installed capacity is 714 KW.

It has been operating since 1992. Its annual capacity is 1,100 m3/day and its installed capacity is 100 KW.

Factory in Amfiklia

The Company’s third production unit is located in Amfiklia and includes a ginning unit, which is leased and has an annual capacity of 3,500 tons of ginned cotton.

Factory in Lamia

Last but not least, the company acquired 1850 kw ginning plant, located in Central Greece, specifically in the area of Megali Brisi Lamia, it is installed on a 30,000 sqm plot and has an annual capacity of 4,500 tons of ginned cotton per year.
